Do you ship your cakes? we personally deliver all our cakes to each event! How long in advance should I order? We have customer's ordering their cakes months in advance. A two week notice would be appropriate. We do however get booked up very quickly. Don't wait too long!! Are your cakes frozen? Every order is baked fresh using the highest quality ingredients we can find.Our cakes are not pre cooked or frozen How can I tell your cakes are good? I have a picture of a cake...can you copy it? Yes. Most cakes in bridal magazines can be replicated. Can any style of cake be stacked? Yes. Any cake (e.g.carrot, white or flavoured) can be stacked as each layer is placed on a cake board to provide the required support. Does the cake have to be all one flavour? No. You can choose different flavours for each layer. What types of icing can I choose from? Celebration Cakes specializes in 'rolled fondant' icings. Rolled fondant gives cakes a distinctive smooth and elegant look. Celebration Cakes can provide cakes cover with rolled fondant and buttercream icing underneath it. Do your cakes have fillings? All our cakes are unique and custom made each design is reviwed individually and quoted appropriately based on size and work involved The cost of a Celebration Cakes wedding cake start at $3.75/serving however each wedding cake is custom made so prices will vary according to size and design. How much cake do I need to serve for a late night snack? Celebration Cakes recommends having enough cake for about 70%of the number of wedding guests. Not everyone will eat the cake after having a large meal, especially if there are other items available. |
